		<description>There are good companies out there actually trying to help people. But unfortunately there are also bad ones. I know HomeforCheap.com has Foreclosure Lists with only a $1.95 month long trial so peole can see what they have to offer before continuing. I&#039;ve purchased 2 Foreclosures so far using their list.</description>
